Hotel Reservation guidelines

1. Due to the limited number of hotel rooms, representatives are unable to attend the conference due to unforeseen circumstances. Please cancel your reservation so that other representatives can make reservations. Cancel reservation process (before September 5th): Log in to Dashboard → My Order → Cancel Order;
2. Please carefully read the relevant information before selecting a house. To ensure accurate booking, representatives attending the conference are requested to cooperate:
1) Please do not resubmit reservation orders to avoid leaving more rooms and causing losses;
2) Please do not make duplicate bookings at multiple hotels to avoid losses
3) Accurate check-in and check-out dates;
4) After successful submission, there will be an email notification. You can also log in to the personal center ->My Orders ->View hotel reservation information.
3. The current reservation is primarily for the purpose of registration, the accommodation expenses will be paid directly to the hotel by the attending representatives at the hotel, and the hotel will issue an invoice.
4. If there are any changes to your itinerary, please make sure to cancel your reservation before September 5th. If you have not cancelled your reservation and have not paid for your stay according to the reservation, you will still need to pay the room fee according to the reservation amount.
